Return and Refund Policy
The orders placed on our website are cancellable. For this you will have to send us an email on order@certifiedorganiccolor.comm along with the reasons mentioned in the mail. The cancellation is possible only with in 24 hours from the time when order was placed after that cancellation is not possible as the order would have already been processed.
Cancellation after shipping:
For cancellation of order after the shippment from our end you have to send an email to our dispatch team at order@certifiedorganiccolor.com Do not accept the delivery and when the shipment will return back to us we will cancel your order and the amount will be refunded to you except the shipping charges.
Return Policy:
If you have received the product and due to some reason you want to return it back. You can still do it in 4 days after the delivery date. You will have to mail our dispatch team order@certifiedorganiccolor.com and send the order back to the address provided by the dispatch team. Please note that the product should not be damaged or used so that we process refund. The shipping cost for returning the product is chargable on the customer. Once the order will be verified by us than the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the customer.
Refund will be process through the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.
